I am very active Iam 240lbs 5 2 in height. I go to the gym 5 days a week. I have lose lots of inches in pants i went from a size 24 to 18 in 4 mouth. it took me 6 month to learn to eat 5 meals aday and health. my cholesterol is 150 no thriod problems plus im 44 years old. main problem i have not lose no more than 10 pounds
Hi, Welcome to HCM and thanks for asking your question. I can understand your concern and appreciate your positive outlook for your health. I would like to tell you that you don't need to take any kind of medications or don't need to do anything crazy to reduce your weight, but at the same time you need to be patient, because significant weight can not be reduced within few days, it requires months or even few years to reduce it. Your cholesterol is fine and no other health problems are there, so i would suggest you to stick to eat 5 meals a day, avoid oily junk food, avoid excess salt and sugar in your diet, do regular walking for at least 20 minutes a day, do work outs in gym with the help of a trainer, you can take help of a dietician, etc. Hope this will help you and feel free to ask any of your further relevant questions to me directly anytime.
