I am 25 year old..I am getting married this May..But i have put on weight and wont to reduce before my wedding..Please help.,I am working lady and into UK shift so i assume its all because of food habitats..Please advice can i go with Gym or aerobic to reduce weight or any other option..I seriously want to reduce before wedding as this may create problem later on..
Hello! Congratulations for your wedding first. You can do cardio( aerobic exercise) combine with weightlifting at the gym. It is a perfect combination. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. Another suggestion is to do intermitent fasting, which means that the interval between dinner and breakfast for 14 hours. So if you can eat dinner at 7 pm and then eat breakfast at 9 pm. This will make your body burn fat as fuel. And the best way is to consume food after the gym not before so your food will be storage as glycogen for the next day exercise and not as fat.
