i am kalaiarasi married 2yrs had a son my delievery is operation to take my child before marriage my weight is 55kg but now my weight is 75kg i want to reduce my weight 30kg .pls what i want to do.

Hello kaliarasi. Thank you for writing. I suggest that exercise and a balanced diet is the best thing for everything. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. Tou will build muscle, lose fat and burn more calories.
Try to exercise each big muscle every day.
Monday: Chest and biceps
Thuesday: legs and shoulders
Wednesday: back and triceps
Thursday: abs and cardio
repeat.
