Hello Doc.. Im 20 Year Old and stand 5.5. n my weight is 90 Kg. am really in a tension n facing lot of problem. my arms my thigh n my tummy is huge i can tell u... i want to reduce all its size.. so planning to go VLCC for the treatment.. but am scared would tht work.. i get up around 6 in the morning go work n come home around 9. i really dont have time for excercise.. bt i eat normal. n when i was born i was 4.4 kg.. as i grow big am putting on weight.. please help me to reduce weight.. as i need to get married in next year
Hello! How far is your work from home? Can you go by bicycle? If so I recommend to use it every day. Include more protein in your eating susch as fish, chicken, egg, white egg, cheese, cottage cheese, milk, yogurt, more fruits and vegetables and less carnbohydrates such as pasta, white bread and rice, cookies. Exercise. Do weight training because it build up muscle and the more muscle you have the more calorie you will burn. If you don't have time you can workout in the weekend. Best regards.
