Dear dont loose hope , if you have strong will power you can do it.
Try consuming v low carbohyrate and low fat diet.
carbohydrate sources are all kinds of cereals, pulses, fruits, milk and products.
Avoid all forms of saturated and trans fats like ghee, butter, cream , cheese, red meats, full fat dairy product , processed foods all these gives huge calories.
Consume small meals rather than three big meals.stick to right portion size big quantities makes you fat.
Consume good quality protein with lots of vegetables in the form of s oups and salads.
Choose some
aerobics or exercise daily.
