How To Regulate Periods While Having PCOS?

Hello! I am 20 years old , have a normal weight (a lil bit belly fat) and I got diagnosed with PCOS last year. Till December 22 I had a normal period, it comes every 29 days. But that was my last one . I am married and since we ate trying to concive ,it is killing us. Every day I have a stuby feeling in my left ovarie but not harsh. I don t mind it but should I be worried ? I also smoke is that causing my pain? What kind of medicines should i take to bring my periods back ?! Please help me. It has been very hard for me and it s very depresive being infertile.

Hello.
I can understand your concern.
I would suggest you to
1. Cut down on the belly fat by having a balanced diet with plenty of vegetables and fruits. Drink loads of water. Go for regular exercise.
2. Avoid oily,spicy food
3. Stop smoking
4. Take oral contraceptive pills. Your doctor can guide you on the exact dosage.

Have a nice day.
