hello,
I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.
The cause of pain in right shoulder may be because of frozen shoulder and may need consultation of orthopaedic surgeon followed by physiotherapy.
It may be simple sprain which may be relived by Analgesic like Aceclofenac 100 mg twice a day for 3 to 5 days.So first Try analgesic and if no improvement you should consult orthopaedic surgeon.
My best wishes

Cardiac Surgeon Dr. Azam Jan's  Response
Mostly it is because of stiff muscles etc.The best treatment is physiotherapy exercises. If it still doesn't help then he would need MRI shoulder to see if he has injured any ligament etc.
