How To Relieve Constant Lower Back Pain With Fatty Lumps On Either Sides Of Spine And Along Waist Line ?
ok, I am having lower back pain . I have fatty lumps under skin that move around on either side of my spine at the dimples on lower back and along iliosacral hip or lower waist line . it is a constant pain. I want to lift weights but I am concerned if I should since this is bothering me
first I can assure you that your back pain is not related to lumps. Usually back pain is due to back muscle weakness and treatment for it is back muscles exercises, which can be learned from physiotherapy center. I would recommend you to start these as soon as possible. if you would be my patient I would like to prescribe you muscle relaxant medications like myospaz. Apply heat to your back by water or moist cloths. if not relieved show to an orthopaedic surgeon.
