How To Relieve Low BP In Patient With TIA And A-fib?

My father-n-law had a TIA and was diagnosed with A-fib. He had a cardio conversion and is now on a Pradaxa, Crestor, and Benicar. Whenever he does any moderate to strenuous activity his blood pressure bottoms out. Yesterday he was 86/43, he is 6ft 6in and 240lbs. His doctors dont have an answer on why this happens. Please help.

this is because he is on drugs which are meant to control heart rate........these medications will not make your heart rate rise even after exercise....that is the reason his BP is not coming up.....
