How To Relieve Wasp Sting Which Is Dark And Swollen?

Wasp sting on thigh 36 hours ago, no stinger present: applied ice & site is dark red 5 inches in diameter, with swollen pink additional 2 inches all around (affected site is 9 inches diameter surrounding sting site) is this normal?? Also, what will relieve this reaction? Thank you...

hiii.thanks for choosing healthcare magic.for wasp sting. apply antibiotics like fusiderm twice a day.take levocetrizine tablets twice a day for 7 days.take analgesics like ibuprofen twice a day for 7 days.thank you.
