Suggest Treatment For Bee Sting In A Child

my daughter has bee sting in finger from 4:30pm today and is still in pain. I gave her Benadryl, tylenol, ibuprophen. She used ice. She is still crying in pain. She feels anything cold hurts more. If I touch her arm she feels like it vibrates down iinto her finger causing more pain. She really is in a lot of pain. There is no swelling beyond her finger being a little swolen. I see no stinger. Is there anything else I can do? I feel like the swelling might be affecting a nerve in her finger.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

From what you said, your daughter has an insect bite reaction. Usually this will respond to analgesics and antihistamines, which you have already given. In cases not responding, I used to given an injectable antihistamine like Pheniramine and sometime steroids. Kindly see your doctor as these medicines cant be prescribed online. Meanwhile, continue Ibuprofen and keep the limb elevated.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
