I was clean off of Xanex for 90 days last Wednesday thru Friday I took approx. 20 mgs. I have to sign up for intensive outpatient asap. what are some things I can do to help flush my system. I plan to take a home drug test before I go to make sure its out of my system. besides drinking plenty of water and excercize is there anything else I can do? and approx. how long should I wait to take the test. I have to take the actual outpatient drug test by next week. Thank you in advance. I certainly have learned my lesson for re-lapsing!
