How To Remove Bump In Roof Of Mouth Causing Pain In Throat While Swallowing?

hi my left side of my throat hurts when i swallow. i examined my mouth and nothing seems to look abnormal, however i noticed a little bump on the roof of my mouth in the midfle of my throat. looks like a skin ball. please help im scared. i do smoke ciggerattes.

U SEEM TO HAV BEEN RUNNING ACUTE INFECTION OF UR THROAT. UR SMOKING IS WORSENING IT. U NEED AN ANTIBIOTIC, ANTIALLERGIC, ANTACID AND A MULTIVITAMIN. DO WARM SALINE GARGLES TILL U MEET AN ENT EXPERT. NEED TO STOP SMOKING. IF SWELLING STILL PERSISTS AFTER 5 DAYS OF ANTIBIOTIC COURSE, U WILL NEED FINE NEEDLE ASPIRATION CYTOLOGY TEST FOR THE SWELLING.
