hello i am in tension im martialarts player and during practise and fighting i got injury on my face like cut on face by leg nail etc the injury is remove but the dark marks of injury is not plese help me and tell me the way to remove them totaly and make my face marksfree
The dark spot or mark on your face after injury are due to post inflammatory hyper pigmentation . This is kind of body's response by increasing production of melanin . Injury act as trigger factor for melanocyte cell to produce melanin . These marks take time to go way . I would suggest you to apply broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30+ whenever you are under sun exposure to prevent skin from further damage due to UV rays of sun , Wash you face with cold water twice a day , exfoliate once a week and apply azlaic acid cream twice a day which is very effective for dark spots . If condition doesn't get better in a month then consult dermatologist . Doctor may recommend procedure like chemical peeling and laser therapy .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
