How To Remove Hard Knots On Legs Which Are Painful While Pushing?

My daughter, age 23 has a hard knot on her lower leg just right of the shin and then a little higher up it feels like a couple of knots kind of together on the outer part of her leg. These are painful when she pushes on them. There is no discoloration.

Hi,

I have gone through the medical history of your daughter and understood your concerns.

I'd like to have more details on the current knots noticed on your daughter's leg:
- have they changed size by time?
- the exact localization of the knots (if near to joints or distant from the joints)?
- apart pain, is there any discharge coming out of knots?
- are they also red?

Until the details, I can say that the knots might be lipoma (sebaceous cysts, mass) which are usually benign and can be surgically removed.

As she is having pain, further investigations should undergo to rule out severe conditions.
