How To Remove Lump On Lower Tibia?

Years and years ago...I hit my leg hard against a low stone bench. I developed a lump where the impact happened on my lower tibia. It never went entirely away after almost 15 years. Lately, I have noticed it seems a bit larger that it used to. Any concern?
