How To Remove Piece Of Rice Lodged In The Throat?

I choked while eating rice at dinner last night...had a coughing fit and thought I was fine. Today, I still feel like I have a piece of rice lodged in my throat and/or sinuses. I've tried everything..coughing, trying to make myself vomit, eating bread, gargling salt water. I also feel like I'm wheezing and that I have pressure on my chest. Should I see my MD or do I give this another day or so to see if it's just an irritation in my sinuses/throat that will pass???

Hello

Please meet your doctor as wheezing is not a good sign and it is possible that the rice may have lodged in your airway , this is dangerous and can cause respiratory difficulty and infections. please dont delay and meet your doctor.
Thanks
