Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic

After going through the treatment, I think you have inflammatory acne (papules, pustules, nodules etc).
The treatment that you are following seems perfect and I would suggest tat you continue with it.
However, even on treatment acne activity may take time to settle down, therefore you have to be patient.
Your treatment includes oral antibiotics as well as oral retinoids
Oral antibiotics are mainly used for inflammatory acne with or without oral retinoids.
Oral retinoids are sebostatic (control oil), antiinflammatory and comedolytic; therefore they have all round effect in improving acne.

Your topical treatment includes topical antibacterial i.e clindamycin as well as topical benzoyl peroxide.
Clindamycin ans benzoyl peroxide are antiinflammatory; benzoyl peroxide in addition to being antibacterial is also keratolytic/comedolytic.

Since you are also on salicylic acid chemical peeling, that is is going to be an added advantage.
Salicylic acid is comedolytic as well as antiinflammatory. It also control oil production.

I think you are on the right treatment track and I suggest you to stick to it and follow up with your treating dermatologist at regular intervals.

Regards
