I usually experience nasal congestion every morning and difficult breathing sometimes. I experience a sensation around the left side of my ear and unusual pressure around my head it it has lasted for abouta year now. what can i do to stop this feelings

Treatment 1.Avoid cool drinks and cold water 2.water vapor inhalation daily before bed 3.tab.monterleukast and levocegrizine at bed time 4.tab.amoxicillineclavulinate 625 twice a day.
