Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My menstruation don t want to stop could it be because I have used different things depo, nustreit, jazz, triphasil,(ovral, fermynor) which did help in stopping the period I then went on injection again as i was having a problem in obtaining them and I was not seeing my period .now I m on a pill as I wanted to see my period and to see if my belly will reduce a bit but I have same problem it doesn t stop and it is affecting our sexual life
I think you should stop taking all these pills without consulting gynecologist first. Let's say stop for 1 month, then, make an appointment with gynecologist to run a few diagnostic tests (checking your hormonal levels, transvaginal ultrasound) in order to determine the right diagnosis, and the most appropriate treatment. I understand you're worried about sexual life, but think it this way: it does not depend on you, it already happened. You need to check why it is happening so can decide what you can do.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
