Why am I having prolonged menstrual bleeding and severe itching on my palms and bottom of feet?

Prolonged menstrual bleeding also called polymenorrhagia is not directly related to itching.It would depend on factor like you age,previous history of menses etc.For the bleeding,you should get an ultrasound to rule out pathology like fibroids,endometrial hyperplasia etc.The cause for the itching has to be dealt with separately.You will need to see a dermatologist to look for skin infection etc.
