How To Take Prevention For Chicken Pox ?
Will I have cauht chicken pox and is my nan in danger hello my nan had an attack of bells palsy on the one side of her face last week and i am spending time with her til she recovers. unfortunately i was on a bus today and there were 2 children on there with a rash that might of been chicen pox (i dont know) they were not scratching or anything. I stayed away from them but am worried will i catch it and paass it on to my nan from that

Yes you may have chicken pox from those children (if they are suffering from chicken pox). This is because it is a air borne disease. No physical contact is required for transmission.
Only way to prevent transmission is immunization.
Consult your doctor for vaccination against chicken pox.
If you ever had chicken pox you will not have it again.

i agree that chicken pox is air born disease spreading through air.
But you do not know that children were suffering from chicken pox or not,whether they were in infected phase or not and you have not their direct contact.
So without knowing all these there is no sense worrying .
