My periods got missed this month,,, Usually my periods occurs 28th of every month.. I got married... And I have test for pregnancy result showing positive.. Right we are plan to postpond pregnancy... I have took mensovit plus tablet.. but still i dint get periods... can you help to get periods doctor

For safe termination of pregnancy, you need to consult with gynecologist. First you should undergo one Ultrasound scan to determine nature of conception and gestational age.
Medical abortion can be done up to 9 wk safely by using abortion pill under observation or guidance of gynecologist as it may cause unnecessary excessive vaginal bleeding and may require surgical method to complete abortion.
