Understand your concern
You can not terminate the pregnancy at home.
You have to consult the gynecologist and have to take proper guidance and option for abortion. As your pregnancy is 3 moths, there may be risk of complication and excessive bleeding.
Following are the option for 12-20 week abortion.
Medical treatment:
1. Extramnionic injections- ethracridine lactate and prostaglandins
2. Intramnionic injections - hypertonic saline, ethracridine lactate,
prostaglandins
3. Vaginal route: misoprostol 200-400 ug every 3 hourly.
Induction of abortion interval is around 12-16 hours

Surgical treatment: suction evacuation
Bleeding is less and high success rate in surgical treatment.

Post abortion USG should be done after 14 days to confirm incomplte abortion.
