How To Treat Aortic Tortuosity And Enlargement Of Heart?

I just had a chest X-ray showing an enlarged heart, along with ,Aortic tortuosity. Lungs are clear and expanded which I think is good. I am a 72 year old woman on blood pressure medication for a few years with blood pressure under control all this time. Is there any reason to worry about the enlarged heart?

Cardiomegaly (enlargement of heart) on Chest Xray is seen if the film is kept in PA position and Cardiothoracic ratio is more than 0.5.
Keeping your age in mind which is more than 60 year (criteria for elderly) with history of chronic hypertension (long duration) and as per your statement about enlarged heart on chest x ray i will suggest you to undergo echocardiography along with ECG.
