last year i got injured during an international championship of Martial art.my doc asked me to do an MRI and the report said that my ligament(knee level was cut).So i had to got for a surgery called "arthroscopy".
Its been a year and now i have enough money to go for the surgery...is it late?
and will i be able to practise again?
