How To Treat A Deep Cut?
I cut the tip of my thumb deeply with a knife 24 hours ago. Probably should've gotten stitches. I have kept it clean and am keeping meow Orin and vandals on it. Making the bandage tight to hopefully hold the skin together. Will it grow back together? Anything else I can be doing?

As you told that wound is deep, it was better to go for stitches.
Any how there might be possibility of having some infection so go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
Clean the wound with anti septic lotion and dress with antibiotic cream.
There might be possibility of having some scar at the site.
Ok and take care.
