How To Treat A Swollen Scrotum After Undergoing Hernia Operation?

My name is Eddy Somerville. I had a grapefruit size hernia that was operated on Dec.6th. The operation went well, but my scrotum was swollen and it still is. I was told a doctor to elevate the scrotum, but I don t know how. Can you pleaser give some suggestions? Mt email is below. I m on google.

To elevate the scrotum you need to wear tight fitting underwear to support it. When lying down and sleeping, put a rolled towel under the scrotum so it will be raised. We do this to prevent edema and fluid from accumulating in the scrotum.
