Hi I am a 32 year old male, 83kg and in decent shape, this past 2 months I got into the habit of having a few beers at home at night before bed and drinking heavy at weekends, diet wasn t good either, usually I train at gym but all went to way side this past few months, yesyerday I decemided to get back to normal cut out mid week drinking and start eating healthy, porridge etc for breakfast chicken tuna for lunch, last night I had a breast of chicken a qty of cabbage and a wry of carrots for dinner, went to bed later woke up in middle of night with cramps and cramps all day, bloated and constipated, any ideas on why or how to relieve this
