How To Treat Aching And Stiff Joints In My Hands, Shoulders And Neck?
Hi, I have had aching and stiff joints in my hands, shoulders and neck. My left thumb is particularly tender. I'm 41 yrs of age and am female. I have had blood test taken recently to test for any inflammatory markers but they have come back negative. I'm currently being treated for anaemia with monthly Iron injection as my ferritin was 13. The only other medication I take is Prozac which i have been on for about 3 years.
