Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi

For fever, you may give him Paracetamol in a dose of 15mg/kg/dose. It can be repeated every 6 hrs.
For the cough, since you say its little, nebulization might not be needed.

Since he has a high grade fever, its better that you have him seen by a Pediatrician. If any focus of infection is seen, he might need antibiotics. The doctor will examine the chest too and give medications accordingly.

Till then you may give him paracetamol and plenty of fluids.
Hope my answer helps.
Wish your son good health.
