How To Treat Aortic Aneurysm In A Person With Chronic Pain Syndrome?
I have a ascending aortic aneurysm that is very large. I decided not to have surgery b because I was told it would require bypass surgery. I am 71with several health problems including chronic pain syndrome low back and chronic arthritis. Recently I heard on Tv there is a new procedure that doesn’t require bypass surgery. Is that true?

In men, repair is recommended for abdominal aortic aneurysms that are 5.5 cm or larger in diameter, causing symptoms, or are rapidly growing. In women, repair may be recommended for smaller aneurysms.
for Other advice:- Try to avoid stress as well as physical exertion. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take low salt, cholesterol diet.
