How To Treat Asthma And Skin Eczema In A Child?

A female child 7 years old living in Pakistan has Asthma and skin eczema from birth,she is allergic to dust ...untill now we have given her Aeroline Evohaler which contains Salbutamol 100mcg CFC free (as she requires)2 pumps ... Secondly in nebulizer I am giving her Clenil C nebula with saline water,had myteka sachet 4mg (near 4age) then MYTEKA 5MG MONTELUKAST SODIUM HPL chewable tablet (last year for 3 to 4months) ... And in skin eczema I have tried all the creams recently using Hydrozole 10mg cream contains(hydrocortisone USP 1% W/W and clotrimazole USP 1% W/W) not getting any better, what else can be done

Thanks for the query.
Sorry to say but there is no definative treatment of asthma, still you can try to avoid allergan like dust so that symptoms will not aggravate frequently and she will lead a normal life.
Eczema is associated with asthma so if one is controlled other will be controlled.
Give her nutritious diet, yoga will also benefit.
Try oral steroids after consulting wih your doctor for the control of symptoms.
Emolleint cream may help with eczema.
