How To Treat Blood Clot In Superficial Vein Of Calf?
Hello. I had torn meniscus surgery last Thurs. On Monday, I was getting alot of pain in my calf and went to the hospital. I was diagnosed with a blood clot in a superficial vein in my calf. I was given an anti-inflammatory and sent on my way. Tonight, I noticed that my lower leg is retaining ALOT of water. When I press on it, it leaves big indentations. Should I be worried?

From history it seems that there might be having thrombophlebitis giving this problem.
Risk of having deep vein thrombosis is likely as you got edema on the affected leg.
Consult your treating doctor and get examined.
