How To Treat Boils Under The Arms?

I HAVE WHAT APPEAR TO BE BOILS UNDER ONE OF MY ARMS. MY DOCTOR PRESCRIBED CLINDAMYCIN OINTMENT TO BE APPLIED TWICE A DAY. I HAVE BEEN APPLYING HOT PACKS AND THIS OINTMENT TO THE AREA FOR THE LAST THREE DAYS AND IT IS NOT IMPROVING. CAN YOU SUGGEST ANYTHING

I really appreciate your concern, it could be infective boil if this is not responding to local treatment then it can be managed with oral anti-inflammatory drugs and best would be "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" three times in day with Tab Amoxicillin 500 mg" three times in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
