How To Treat Bruise On Bicep After An Injury?

Hi, I had a really bad bruise on my bicep, after trying to help my old horse back up to her feet after a fall, not sure how I got it, but the bruise has taken nearly 3 weeks to go, but gas left a lump. Would it be from the original injury, and will it go? Marie

Hi,

Apply Soframycin ointment and give a close dressing to avoid any infection and after 3 days give open dressing with ointment and take a TT injection within 24 hrs of injury.
