How To Treat Chest Injury?
I got hit in the chest pretty hard yesterday playing basketball. Now it hurts when I stretch, lean back, and even when I push on my chest. It even hurts a little when I am just sitting still and breathe deeply What could it be? I don't think its a fractured Rib. In my life I have fractured bones pretty easily.

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here I could say that whether this is fracture or not the intensity of the chest pain after the injury remains the same, it is better to get done the x ray chest, mean while for the pain this can be treated with the "Tab Acetaminophen three times in day, Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release, once in day this would helps you a lot have a nice day.
