How To Treat Chest Pain?

hi i am 28 years old male & i am student. i need your help for some information, i have little pain in my chest from last night but this pain is little not major & i was taking some pills regarding my high triglycerides
the name of my pill is storvas ez, now i don't know i have to see the doc. or wait for sometime may be this pain doesn't belong to my heart.
plzzz suggest

I can understand your concern.
Since you are taking lipid lowering drugs, you should definitely rule out cardiac chest pain.
So get done ecg.
If ecg is normal then no need to worry for cardiac chest pain.
Sometimes simple musculoskeletal pain can be the cause.
So avoid movements causing. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
Apply warm water pad on affected areas of chest.
Take simple painkiller like paracetamol or ibuprofen.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
