How To Treat Cracked Skin In Between Breasts?

Hi , I have cracked skin on my cleavage area between my breasts. It has been here for a while , I say since the beginning of 2015. I have put a barrier cream on it (zinc and castor oil) and I have put Vaseline on it as well as this ointment called epaderm. Which I am currently using but still I am not seeing any signs of healing. What do you think is the cause and how can I treat it?

I really appreciate your concern, such skin lesion could be fungal infection and it can be best managed with "Miconazole cream" if this fails to work then steroid can be added and "Mometasone" could be the right choice, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
