How To Treat Damage Caused To Sphincter Muscle Due To An Accident?
Hello, this is embarrassing but I've done something pretty stupid & think I've damaged my sphincter muscle. I did it by sitting on the top of a plastic soft drink bottle to see how far into my rectum I could get it. The top of the bottle was approx. 2 inches in circumference expanding to approx. 12 inches circumference about 4-5 inches from the top/at the middle of the bottle. Unfortunately I slipped as I sat on it & accidently forced it right into my rectum past the middle of the bottle causing my anus to stretch. Now my anal muscle seems to be unable to close again and the anal sphincter now protrudes between my buttocks - it looks sort of like a hernia, which is very embarrassing. Have I caused myself permanent damage ? What exercises can I do that will fix my over-stretched sphincter muscle ?
This is not a sphincter issue, it looks to me that mucosa of rectum is damage and there is anal fissure. But for confirmation take a meeting with general surgeon and he will be able to tell you when will be normal.
