How To Treat Discolouration And Swelling Of Eyes Caused Due To An Injury?
IOne week ago something fell off the top of my cabinet and hit just below my eye. subsequently I had some selling and a black eye, while the swelling has mostly disappeared and the bruising is fading I still have a dime size lump that is tender just below the bruise is this normal
The lump you are seeing is a blood clot under the bruised skin. It will take time to disappear completely. Blackening of eye will also take longer time.
Keep taking anti inflammatory/analgesic tablets if you have pain . It may take two more weeks to completely cured. Take care in future.
I hope my reply will help you. Please write to me or hcm for follow up queries. I wish you rapid and complete recovery. Thanks
