IBS. Presently, you are experiencing burning sensation and discomfort under the rib. To reduce the symptoms you are experiencing you will have to switch to healthy lifestyle. Quit
smoking, reduce
stress levels, avoid taking alcohol, avoid taking food that irritate the stomach, avoid taking oily / fatty / spicy food. Take food in time, chew properly and take small amount of food multiple times a day.
Stay well hydrated, take enough water. Avoid
constipation. Take laxatives at bed time. Stay away from addictions if any. Take food that is easily digested. Avoid taking raw food, veggies or fruits. Take well cooked food. Take antacids and PPIs , one SOS when needed for relieve. However, you are suggested too get clinically examined by a GP, get all required tests, investigations and imaging tests done to detect the pathology causing you discomfort. You will be treated accordingly.
