How To Treat Driving Mediated Nodding Of?

i work in a wearhouse, some times ,it last for about 3 days ,as soon as i start driving around and cold air its my face i start nodding of. i get of my truck and i am ok, get back on and it starts again,i had to go home the other day as i did not want to put other people at risk,
