How To Treat Dull Head Pressure,chest And Stomach Pain,elevated Heart Rate?
hi im am 21 years old and i have been having this dull head pressure and chest pain thats sometime sharp and my neck and back has been in pain...my stomach hurts and also what make me nervous is my heart rate went from 50 beats per min resting to 64 resting now it has went up super high and i do alot of cardo working out so i dont understand whats wrong could it be mono?

it is possible that your symptoms may be the result of underlying anxiety which can present in various ways. I would recommend. starting off by seeing a primary care doctor. normal heart rate is between 70-100 so I would suggest you not worry about your heart rate going into the 60's
