How To Treat Elevated BP?

suffering from stress and it caused me to have high blood pressure, but since i have exercised my blood pressure back to normal and stoped taking my atelonol medication ive read that it can possibly lead to chest pain. also is there nerves around ur heart that can be damaged from constantly stessing and if so what would be the cure in such event.

In many people, during initial period, blood pressure can be managed without drugs. The non pharmacological treatment of bp include stress management, weight reduction, dietary modifications, regular exercise and low salt intake. Only if these steps are failed to control your bp, you require drugs.
But bp control is very essential as high bp causes a lot of complications like heart attack , stroke etc.
So you don't worry, try to manage your bp non pharmacologically and if it fails, consult your doctor to start treatment
