How To Treat Elevation In BP Levels And Pulse At About 100 Bpm?

I am a 40 year old male, never had any heart issues until recently. A couple of days ago my blood pressure shot up to ~180/120, and it stayed at or near that for the rest of the day. My pulse was 100 bpm and SpO2 was normal at 98%. I went to the VA and they did a chest X-ray, EKG, CT scan (they paid this as they stated that one of my pupils was slightly larger than the other), and a CBC. They stated everything came back normal. Along with the high BP, I also had moments of dizziness, light headedness, very minor sweating, tight lower jaw, left side of face and my eyes felt heavy . I did not have any headaches though. Two days later and I am still having the same issues. My body, from the chest up just feels off. I have, what seems like, low voltage electrical impulses shoot up through my neck at various moments. My BP is hanging around 150/100. There are moments where I feel somewhat disoriented. I am definitely worried!
