How To Treat Excedrine Mediated Dizzy And Stomach Pain?

i accidentally took 2 Excedrine Migraine capsules, with 400 mg of ibuprofen, and 30 mg of the real sudafed that i had to sign for with the pharmacist. i thought the migraine pills were basic acetamenophine tabs. this all happened last night at 11 pm. After about 20 minutes i felt extremely dizzy, but decided to just go to bed. during the night i woke repeatedly if i moved it felt like the room moved too. it s now 7:30 pm the next evening, and i still feel like the room is spinning so much so that i ve had to sleep or sit still all day. earlier today, my upper stomach hurt. i do feel nauseous now and them but have not vomited. what can i do?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
