Sir i am suffering from testicales pain from the last 10 years dut to a back injury. i got married in oct 2012 and by then i am feeling sexual weakness, low semen production and semen is very dilute and very small in volume, only 2 to 3 drops. i dont have any baby right now
Hi. This is a very typical presentation wherein the few drops of semen is indicative of a condition that where the ejaculation is not occurring at all and the fluid which is coming out and is very dilute is basically a precum... so do not worry. Masturbate once to know the exact amount of your semen and immediately give it for analysis. You have to get well investigated. First of all consult an Urologist for examination and then go for investigations of ultrasonography of the abdomen and scrotum. Hormonal assay semen analysis blood -CBC, VDRL, Blood sugar, Thyroid function test and all relevant blood tests as advised by urologist. Urine- routine, microscopy, culture ans sensitivity. All these investigations will help to get a correct diagnosis and give us guideline for further management.
