Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that there is either a persistent infection at the extraction site or any portion of tooth is accidentally broken and left in the extraction socket and both these conditions can delay healing and can cause pain that can radiate even to head,
Consult an Oral Surgeon and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
In case if there is infection in the socket then irrigation with antiseptic solution followed y a course of antibiotics and painkillers will help..
In case if any root piece is left in the socket then removal of the same and also a course of antibiotics and painkillers will help..

As of now to relieve pain take Ibuprofen..
Do cool compresses over the cheek..
Do warm saline gargles..
Do antiseptic mouthwash gargles..

Hope this helps..

Regards.
