Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello there.
If the problem is one of expectation more than reality as suggested by the tests your doctor conducted & were 'all good' as you report, then the only thing left to my mind would be PRP (platelet rich plasma or stem cell approach) & Hair Transplantation.
The former to my mind is an adjuvant therapy & could be a precursor & follow-up to hair transplantation.
Hair transplantation is a safe, guaranteed (70-80% hairs will remain & some loss expected to the tune of 20-30%) & permanent procedure.
Costs' vary & depend on the technique used (FUE vs FUT), centre & expertise.
Most centres' charge anywhere between 1.25-1.5 -2 lac or more for these treatments.
I dare say I charge well below the market par for the procedure & you are most welcome to come consult at Vikram Hospital Bangalore to take this discussion further.
In the interim, do continue to use the shampoo & lotion suggested by my colleague.
Trust your query has been answered & you have a clear action plan set before you.
Good Luck & at 20, the world lies ahead of you. Wish you a good head of hair soon.
